Side Story 32: The Struggle of a Former Federal Agent
CBP’s EP-3 aerial surveillance aircraft engaged in a high-stakes standoff to allow our tracking helicopters to track down SA-342, presumed to be Lennox’s helicopter.
Despite warnings that armed Lennox crews might be on board, the aerial surveillance pilots descended to within visual range of the SA-342 helicopter.
Then, while repeatedly blocking the helicopter’s path with the EP-3 aircraft, they even broadcast a warning to the SA-342 helicopter to land on the ground.
In response to such actions, the helicopter in question changed course several times in an attempt to detach itself from the EP-3, as if to prove that Lennox’s men were on board.
Thanks to the courageous actions of the air surveillance pilots, the UH-60 helicopters carrying me and five air enforcement officers caught up with the SA-342 helicopter 40 minutes after takeoff.
Ta-da~, goodbye, you children of Satan!
“Origin 2! At 10 o’clock from Origin One and Origin 2, 2.7 kilometers away, there is ‘Gazelle (SA-342)’. Got it?”
Claire, sitting in the left cockpit of the lead helicopter, was heard shouting into the operational radio.
As soon as I heard that, I and two CBP agents turned our heads to the left side of the plane where the door was open.
The strong wind pouring in makes my entire face tremble as if receiving a low-frequency electric shock.
2.7 kilometers away, clouds were floating in patches, and between the clouds, the SA-342 helicopter appeared and disappeared repeatedly.
“excuse me!”
One CBP agent extends his hand out of the aircraft, indicating to the others the location of SA-342.
At that moment, a yellow flame fell near the SA-342 helicopter passing through the cloud patches.
At that sight, Claire shouts again from the co-pilot’s seat in front of me.
“Origin Two! The ‘Taurus (EP-3)’ has now dropped a flare to mark the location of the Gazelle helicopter. Do you confirm?”
A moment later, a second Black Hawk helicopter, either with the call sign ‘Origin Two’ or ‘Oreo Two’, follows us and flies parallel to us on our right.
Above the pitch-black SA-342 helicopter, an EP-3 aerial surveillance aircraft was still flying in the same direction.
Earlier, Claire explained to her agents that the SA-342 helicopter should not be underestimated like the Huey helicopter, as it can fly non-stop for a distance of 100 kilometers at a speed of around 300 kilometers per hour.
However, the SA-342 helicopter shows no signs of unusual behavior, with the doors on the left and right sides of the fuselage closed and doing a cosplay of a normal commercial helicopter.
The EP-3s continued to drop flares one by one for our helicopters, near the SA-342 below them.
Meanwhile, we had narrowed the distance to about 300 meters, at the 5 o’clock direction of Lennox’s helicopter, and a little later Claire brought the hand microphone to her lips to broadcast a warning.
A moment later, the warning broadcast we’ve heard before begins to play through the external speakers installed under the Black Hawk’s nose.
“We are CBP Air Enforcement! Tail number 535 helicopter, change course to 050 immediately and land on the ground! I repeat! We are CBP Air Enforcement! Tail number 535 helicopter, change course to 050 immediately and land on the location we designate! If you do not change course within ten seconds, you will be shot down. You have ten seconds from now!”
As soon as the warning broadcast is over, Claire gives instructions to the Air Force Operations Network.
My gut tells me this isn’t a warning, but rather a formality taken by the CBP guys before they can shoot these guys down.
“All agents, prepare your firearms and await my orders!”
At Claire’s direction, the agents pulled the charging handles of their M4 and AR-15 rifles.
The firearms of the Air Enforcement Unit agents were equipped with large, high-power day/night scopes, unlike our SWAT assault rifles which were equipped with close-range combat optics.
These two men sat on the left side of the plane, pointing their guns at the SA-342 helicopter, while I was watching Lennox’s French-made helicopter behind them.
Our Black Hawk helicopters are fast, but that one flies at a pretty fast speed.
However, just as the CBP agents prepare to fire their weapons, the pilot shouts over the intercom.
“These guys, the helicopter is opening the right side door now!”
This doesn’t seem like a very good sign.
I instinctively felt my chest and abdomen to check if I was wearing my bulletproof plate carrier.
Immediately afterwards, Claire shouted and reached out towards the helicopter of Lennox’s men, which was hovering about 250-260 meters away, at the 10 o’clock direction of our helicopter.
“They’re setting up mini-guns! Open fire! Open fire! Taurus, get out of the area immediately!”
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Two agents fire preemptive shots at Lennox’s helicopter with automatic rifles fitted with shell recovery devices.
The EP-3 aircraft changed course while gaining altitude and departed from the scene.
Then, 5.56mm incendiary rounds fired by air raid squad agents flew toward Lennox’s helicopter.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Even if it’s a single shot, five people from two Black Hawk helicopters fire simultaneously.
A dozen or so flares fly out at once and hit their Gazelle helicopter.
At that point, two of Lennox’s men were mounting M134 miniguns on a rack on the left side of the SA-342, while the remaining one was firing an M60 machine gun at us.
Finally, the moment has come for those Satanic white bastards to reveal their true colors.
When we received the first shot while the minigun was not ready to fire, the SA-342 helicopter turned its nose to the left and immediately began to dive.
Rather than simply losing altitude, it is descending as if plunging down toward the ground, 1,500 meters below.
Oh, shit!
Aren’t you following those kids again?
“Origin one, two! Gazelle has started evasive maneuvers! Everyone, hold on tight! Everyone, hold on tight!”
As Claire shouts into the radio, the two agents sitting in front of me roll into the cabin.
I guess it’s the same old shit, but people seem to think it’s okay when they pretend.

I quickly fastened my seat belt and grabbed hold of anything I could get my hands on.
Immediately after that, our Black Hawk helicopter also turns its nose to the left and follows the black helicopter that has already descended to 400-500 meters below.
A Black Hawk helicopter descends with a loud noise!
One day, the nightmare-like experience of dawn comes back again.
I can’t help but recall Claire casually using her smartphone to reserve a restaurant near the amusement park while riding a roller coaster nicknamed the “Throw-Up Machine.”
While my stomach and the other passengers were on the verge of vomiting, Claire was playing on her phone as usual, with a lollipop in her mouth.
Unlike Claire and the other air raid squad members, I felt like I was going to spill my guts out right now.
I should have taken some ‘fucking’ motion sickness pills and got on this damn helicopter.
When I realized too late that I was smelling aviation fuel, my stomach started to turn even more.
Woof woof woof woof!
As the Black Hawk’s engines roared, the vibrations traveled from the ground to my back, and from my back to my head.
This terrible steep dive continues for about 10 seconds, and then the aircraft takes a horizontal flight attitude.
Then, CBP agents stand up like pillars and stick their heads out on either side of the aircraft to look for Lennox’s helicopter.
After recovering from the shock of my brain hula-hooping inside my head, I looked forward beyond Claire’s seat.
At that moment, I thought that what I was seeing before my eyes was an illusion.
A red beam of light shoots out towards our helicopter, as if the giant has hurled a handful of dozen flares at us.
The helicopter immediately dove down and mini-gun flares whizzed past our heads.
Claire belatedly shouted into the wireless network.
“Mini Gun! Mini Gun! Mini Gun!”
Shit, when I was ambushed by Lennox Tarkari in Manhattan, all I said was I wish I had a mini-gun.
Except for the children of Satan on my other side.
Am I being punished now because I said I would go back to church but haven’t yet?
By the time our helicopter leveled off again, the evil white guys’ helicopter was hovering above us.
And to their right, an Origin Two helicopter was flying alongside them, firing incendiary grenades.
It looked like they were returning fire from the left side of the helicopter, which didn’t have a mini-gun.
Soon, Claire shouted at the pilot.
“Callan! Lennox’s chopper is going to try to place Origin Two on their right flank. Get in the fight!”
“You’re crazy, Claire! If we don’t do it right, we could end up with stray grenades flying at us from both sides!”
At those words, Claire shouts and punches the pilot in the arm.
“Stop talking nonsense and try to grab the gazelle’s rear end!”
The pilot looks dumbfounded and glances at me as I watch the two men from behind the cockpit.
I nodded at him.
What I mean is, don’t be a dog and do whatever Claire says.
“You’re crazy! You’re all crazy!”
As the pilot grumbled and manipulated the cyclic stick and collective stick, our helicopter pitched up and began to fly.
Meanwhile, two helicopters, hundreds of meters above us, are flying well ahead of us, firing flares at each other.
“Shh!”
As we flew at high speed towards the tail of Lennox’s helicopter, Claire shouted.
Then the pilot shouted in an urgent voice.
“SAM (Surface-to-air missile)! SAM! SAM!”
Suddenly, about 500 meters ahead of us, at 1 o’clock, a white line, like a chalk line, appeared in the dark blue sky.
The ‘fucking’ white line started from the left side of the SA-342 helicopter and flew towards the Origin Two helicopter that was flying nearby, and Origin Two quickly took evasive action.
As a portable surface-to-air missile flew from less than 200 meters away, Origin Two dove below Lennox’s helicopter.
Then, Lennox’s crew’s helicopter follows, descending towards Origin Two with the right side of the aircraft equipped with a mini-gun.
What happened next was obvious.
Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
A red laser beam appears from SA-342 and begins to chase the second Black Hawk helicopter, Origin Two.
The CBP pilot of Origin Two was also unusual, dodging the mini-gun bullets by moving his nose left and right.
Booooooooooooooooooooooooo!
But a moment later, the second batch of mini-gunshots exploded near the tail of the Origin Two helicopter, and soon black smoke began to rise.
“WHAT! Origin Two has been hit! Origin Two has been hit!”
Shit, so many ridiculous situations happened in a row in less than 30 seconds.
How the hell did they do that when the aftershock from a missile launch would have roasted everyone inside the SA-342?
no!
Now is not the time to wonder about that.
These guys have Russian made Man-Paz missiles in those ‘fucking’ helicopters right now?
