I Am an Evil God - I Am an Evil God chapter 60
Episode 60-Uses of the Devil
Gods do not reveal themselves to humans.
This was a fact that all humans knew.
To be precise, it was an accurate fact that gods had never revealed themselves to humans until now, but since there had never been such a thing before, humans thought that the gods would never reveal themselves in front of them.
In general, it should have been more difficult for the gods to appear in front of humans because of this belief, but humans believed that the gods did not appear because they lacked ability, but that the gods were considerate of humans and did not descend to the ground. The difficulty level of revealing itself in the human world did not increase much.
“Ugh!”
Baal, whose wrists were tightly gripped, groaned and looked ahead.
In front of her herself was a woman who apparently was her god, holding her Baal by the wrist and glaring at her ferociously.
“What…”
Gods and demons originally started from the same existence.
They were the people of Earth summoned by the mass of light, and they did not appear to humans in the first place and went around together with them, and the gods could see each other.
Before humans believed that there was a separate world where gods live, there was no such thing as a world where gods live, so it was only natural that Catria could influence Baal.
“Do you know who you tried to touch?”
Catria twisted Baal’s wrist.
“Quaaagh!”
Katria was the right-hand man of Lemfra and the goddess of wisdom and peace who had the second largest number of followers after Lemfra.
Her divine power overwhelmed Baal’s demonic energy, and Baal was unable to do anything in front of Catria’s overwhelming power.
Feeling his arm twisted grotesquely and the pain radiating from his arm pounding his brain, Baal let out a scream of injustice.
“I’m just a human being. No matter how much you pamper me, I’m still only a human being! I’m a being who was once a god. Such a being treats me lower than a human… aaah!”
Catria twisted her hand once more, and her Baal’s arm bent even more grotesquely.
Baal had no choice but to shut his mouth as he looked like he would be torn apart if he applied force one more time.
“Is God here?”
At Aison’s words, Katria flinched and trembled.
Someday, the gods will descend to the present world and reveal themselves, but now was not the time.
Katria grabbed Baal’s shoulders and used her powers to move to a dark place with no one around her.
Left alone, Aison shouted, waking Isaac and Elena with excitement that God had responded to his words.
“God just came and left!”
“What do you mean? Did you receive it as a blessing?”
“No! The devil tried to attack me, but God saved me!”
From Isaac’s point of view, he couldn’t understand what his son was saying, but he decided that his son wasn’t lying, so he straightened up and listened to Isaac.
“So, you mean that God prevented the demon from attacking you without appearing to you?”
“Yes! The gods have always been around me! It’s just that we haven’t seen them!”
Erena rubbed her eyes at Ison’s lively cry, and she fell back to sleep.
“First of all, say thanks and pray. If it’s important, the gods will tell us again, so it would be disrespectful to the gods if you move to figure it out.”
“Okay Dad.”
Ison sat down, closed his eyes, and prayed.
‘Thank you Lemfra for saving me from the devil’s touch.’

It was a situation where Katria performed the feat and Lemfra believed in the prayer.
While Aison prayed to Lemfra and tried to fall asleep, Katria and Baal were filming an action movie.
“Ouch! Ugh!”
Although Baal was being hit unilaterally to the point where I questioned whether it was an action movie, the feeling of hitting seemed right as Baal’s body shook greatly whenever Katria’s body moved.
“You have been eliminated as a god. Don’t think of yourself as a god anymore. You’re just a demon with a face. If your demon followers don’t know your name, you’re trash that will perish. With you, I will lead the Lempria Empire from now on. How can you compare Eison?”
Tears flowed from Baal’s eyes.
How did this happen?
She would have been revered by humans in the name of the goddess of time herself, even if Lemfra had not risen from her south and raised her power.
Where did she go wrong?
Shouldn’t she have consolidated her own power without surrendering her own followers to her god? Or should she have quickly succumbed to Lemfra?
She could not help but shed tears at the fact that she was now treated worse than the humans of this world.
“Yes, I’m a devil. So what can I do? I’m unhappy because I’m a devil and I want to live like a devil!”
Katria’s legs went up as she screamed at her as she was struck by her bum.
“Stop.”
Katria, who was about to step on her Baal once, stopped at the voice of a man.
“I think that’s enough. There’s no need to step on a mouse that’s already cornered, right?”
At Lemfra’s words, Katria quietly lowered her feet and stood beside him.
“You’re a devil, what did you say?”
As Lemfra approached with a smile, Baal could only shrink her body.
She couldn’t even stand looking at him properly because she was emanating from his body a tremendous divine power that was incomparable to Katria as well as herself when she was a god.
“Look at me.”
His body moved on its own.
‘Is this charisma?’
In reality, it was similar to controlling her body with enormous divine power, but Baal mistakenly thought that he wanted to follow Lemfra instinctively.
Lemfra’s divine power was so enormous that if he looked at it without proper guard, he could subjugate all beings under him.
“Not all demons are the same. Can a being under God whose name is not known properly be called a demon? You are, in effect, just a servant of the devil.”
Lemfra was right.
She couldn’t even become a full-fledged demon until a lot more time passed and the power of the demon followers grew a lot.
“But even such a demon is up to you to use. Like Gat, it has uses that can alert humans and train them while giving them trials…”
Lem Fra paused her words for a moment to observe Baal’s reaction.
Baal was waiting for his mouth to drop in Lemfra’s mood as if he was going to make a great offer to him.
“Maybe I can play an active part in a place called the devil.”
“What?”
Baal could not accept Lemfra’s words at once.
She couldn’t understand that there was a place where Lemfra was called a demon.
“Didn’t you identify me as an evil spirit when I first stepped into your world?”
“Ah.”
It was only then that Baal was able to recognize where Lemfra was talking about being accepted as a demon.
Lemfra is expanding in a place he doesn’t know.
It was obvious that the original beings at that place would define Lemfra as a demonic invader.
“If you demonstrate your presence as a demon as my underling there, won’t you naturally rise from a demon to a god-like position when you eat all of that place and become an area where I’m not considered an evil god?”
It was a very attractive proposal.
She has no reason to exist as a demon, unlike her Gad, who maintains her demonic form with a single-minded determination to feed Lemfra a huge candy.
As he said, if she can escape from her status as a demon by going to a new area and working hard for Lemfra, she will of course accept his offer.
“What benefit do you have? You can put someone else in the forefront.”
Lemfra’s proposal was only advantageous to him.
Lemfra should have had quite a few subordinates, but he had to make them work. He couldn’t find the need to make himself work.
“My subordinates are all those who hold the title of god. Even though gods are powerful, they cannot appear in front of humans, but you can appear in front of humans, right? The thing is, the level of fear is different.”
“It’s not like I can always appear in front of humans.”
“I don’t want to appear in front of humans 24 hours a day. Even if you stir up fear once in a while, it’s worth it.”
Lemfra held out her hand to Baal.
“So I’m going to do it or not.”
Baal took Lemfra’s hand.
Even if he was trying to use himself, it was far better than living as a demon under Gad for the rest of his life.
