I’m thrilled to be writing an afterword for this work as well.

It’s been a long time since I started serializing my first work, and then my second.

It feels like just yesterday that I submitted the first chapter to a contest, and I even won an award for the first time.

I still remember how happy I was when I received the award.

But I think I’ve grown more than my first work. I’ve improved a little.

However, there were still some regrettable aspects to this work.

For example, the main character’s concept was too over-the-top, or the forced insertion of idol-like skills.

I think I should have been more meticulous in setting these up.

But I have no regrets.

The protagonist I wanted to write was a typical hero type from fairy tales,

So when people say it’s too over-the-top, it means…

The protagonist turned out exactly as I had envisioned.

That doesn’t mean I’ll just overlook the regrettable parts.

I want to make improvements and show a better side in my next work.

Right now, I may lack the skills or settings, but I believe that with time, I’ll get better.

But the reason I’ve been able to come this far is because of all the readers who have loved my work.
